Kenna's Crystals uses Shopify Payments to provide a secure and seamless checkout experience. Below is a breakdown of how Shopify Payments, the Shop App, and Shop accounts work.

What Is Shopify Payments?

Shopify Payments is our primary payment processor. It allows customers to check out securely using common payment methods, including:

Credit and debit cards
Apple Pay and Google Pay (when available)
Shop Pay (standard checkout, not instalments)

All payments are encrypted and processed securely. Kenna’s Crystals never has access to your full payment details.

What Is the Shop App?

The Shop App is a free app that helps customers:

Track orders across Shopify-powered stores
Receive shipping updates and delivery notifications
Save shipping and contact information for faster checkout
Discover new products from brands you follow

Using the Shop App is optional and not required to place an order with us.

What Is a Shop Account?

A Shop account is a customer profile connected to Shopify that can be used to:

Speed up checkout by saving your shipping and contact details
View and track past orders
Receive order updates more easily

Creating a Shop account is optional. You can always check out as a guest if you prefer.

About Shop Pay and Instalments

Shop Pay may appear as a checkout option, but Shop Pay instalments are currently unavailable on our site due to technical issues. Standard Shop Pay checkout may still be available for faster payment, but instalment plans are not supported at this time.

If you are looking for instalment payments, we recommend using PayPal Express Checkout instead.

Helpful Notes

Having the Shop App or a Shop account does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Payment approvals, limits, and account eligibility are handled by Shopify and Shop directly.
Order tracking works whether or not you use the Shop App.
