How Gift Cards Work
Gift cards are digital and delivered by email after purchase.
Each gift card includes a unique code that can be used at checkout.
Gift cards can be used on any eligible product on the site unless otherwise stated.
To give a gift card to someone else, check out with the gift card only and type in their email address at checkout.
When Will I Receive the Gift Card?
Gift cards are typically delivered to your email shortly after checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Do Gift Cards Expire?
Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise required by law. You can use them whenever the timing feels right.
Can Gift Cards Be Used with Sales or Discounts?
Yes. Gift cards can be used during sales and promotions. If additional discount codes are allowed at the same time, they can be applied at checkout as usual.
Can I Use a Gift Card on Multiple Orders?
Yes. If your gift card balance is not fully used in one order, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used later.
What If My Order Total Is More Than the Gift Card Amount?
You can combine your gift card with another payment method at checkout to cover the remaining balance.
Are Gift Cards Refundable?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can Gift Cards Be Replaced If Lost?
If you've misplaced your gift card email, please contact customer service. We’re happy to help locate the code when possible.
